Office Manager (Russian Speaker) – ManpowerGroup Middle East

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, greeting visitors professionally and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes, providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for the team, ensuring timely communication and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, visa applications, and logistics for team members.
  • Coordinate with facilities management to ensure a clean and well-maintained work environment.
  • Manage office petty cash and perform basic administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by providing support to colleagues.
