About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional and well-organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Jumeirah, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in office administration, executive support, and coordination with senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth, efficient functioning across all departments.
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the Chairman, Board Members, and senior leadership.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organise board meetings, and prepare related documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and office events.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office upkeep.
  • Support HR and administrative functions when required.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute professionalism and discretion.
