Office Management (Iranian Nationality) – Siamac

We are looking for a qualified Office Manager with Iranian nationality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the management team in daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external parties.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for company records.

Requirements:

  • Iranian nationality is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Persian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
