Office Boy – CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING ARBIA COMPANY LTD.
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Office Boy to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all staff members have the supplies and support they need to perform their tasks efficiently. The Office Boy will be responsible for various administrative and support tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of the office. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a friendly and approachable person, capable of interacting with staff and visitors in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functional.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders for replenishment as needed to avoid shortages.
- Provide support to administrative staff, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
- Serve refreshments to guests and staff during meetings and events, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or reporting larger issues to the facilities management team.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and cleaning services.
- Support the HR department with onboarding tasks, such as preparing workstations for new employees.
- Contribute to a positive office culture by being friendly, approachable, and willing to assist coworkers.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and visitors.
