The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of work achievements, and personal standards and have a successful track record in managing aftersales functions having achieved constant growth, the highest level of customer satisfaction as well as being committed to exceeding targets & budgets through organization and planning of the after-sales functions.
Must be an articulate communicator who can effectively manage a diverse aftersales team across the Emirates as well as support the marine racing teams in the ME and Europe when required. On occasion, international travel will be necessary.
