We are looking for a talented, well-rounded Creative Designer who has a strong international portfolio, with 5-8 years experience to support a high-performing Design team, charting the vision and roadmap for the Bybit brand, quarter on quarter. As a Creative Designer for one of the top cryptocurrency platforms in the world, you’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to design, produce and execute various engaging and compelling creative assets, ensuring alignment to the overall brand directions and guidelines.
What will be expected of you?
- Possess the ability to generate highly original concepts and have an outstanding eye for detail.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce artwork that are consistent and coherent with brand guidelines
- Online and offline, such as social media, owned and paid media, print and OOH are essential
- Animation (Gif) and entry level editing skills
- Contribute to ongoing processes to streamline design workflows, upkeep brand assets and push boundaries to enhance brand evolution and development
- Always be aware of competitors’ and mainstream design trends
- Have strong, confident communication skills and can exercise these skills clearly and effectively with various teams across the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units on the creative development of projects and/or products. (Comfortable with the Mandarin language and multi-cultural communication styles)
