DEPARTMENT: Marketing

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

To generate leads who will be interested in attending a time share presentation. Exceed minimum production requirements set by the management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Approach qualified clients and book them directly to attend a timeshare presentation

• Co-ordinate with Reception to book the client at an available date and time for the presentation

• Generate qualified leads of clients who might be interested in attending a timeshare presentation or in receiving a marketing offer in the future

• Encourage purchasers of holiday preview packages to redeem their certificates and make reservations

• Qualify all potential purchasers of holiday previews

• Actively provide service which exceeds our guests’ expectations

• Maintain a management approved administration

• Obey all departmental and procedural rules

• Generate guest correspondence where necessary

ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS – JOB FUNCTIONS ASSESSMENT

Salary is 6,133.00 AED + Commission

Work Location: Office and Sales Galleries in and around Dubai, most likely at Dubai Parks & Resorts Area
