Manager Sales, OOH – HORECA – IFFCO

Job Summary:

  • Complete P&L responsibility to deliver core business targets: Topline growth, profitability increase and market share
  • Designing the strategic roadmap for Iffco Out of Home business
  • Leading all category & brand development activities in GCC
  • Understanding market dynamics by category, channel and application wise
  • Building strategic partnerships with external stakeholders (industry associations, persons) to deliver business objectives via effective collaboration.
  • Managing the relationship with all 3rd party agencies as the single act of contact

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the market dynamics & competition to ensure competitive edge
  • Owning & designing the end-to-end product journey: from professional customers to the end users of the final product
  • Ensuring the delivery of the right portfolio mix in the right format & channel across the categories
  • Developing the innovation funnel to be future fit & ready via aligning with internal stake holders
  • Leading the cross functional network teams to ensure the OTIF delivery of new product launches
  • Crafting unique selling propositions for each product category to support the sales team
  • Supervising the development of ATL & BTL communication materials to ensure the effective promotion of the brand / category
  • Developing new standard of practices (SOP) in marketing to promote effective way of working
  • Acting as one of the key leaders in the business leadership team
  • Acting as an ambassador of the category for internal & external events
