Brother International (Gulf) FZE seeks to recruit a Logistics Executive for its JAFZA Operation.
- Check Import Shipments schedule, Co-ordinate with Shipping Lines / Customs Broker for Import Clearance from Jebel Ali Port / Airport.
- Inward material by tallying with Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoice.
- On time processing of Sales Orders, in order to meet set KPIs.
- Preparation of LC documents.
- Coordinate internally (with Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance Teams) on all matters related with Logistics to ensure smooth operation
- Coordinate with external parties (Customers, Service Providers, Group Companies, Banks, Insurance Companies, etc.) to ensure smooth operation.
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports to ensure that the cost is well maintained as per the budget.
