Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in the inventory management and stock rotation of food supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Participate in menu planning and development, providing input based on seasonal ingredients.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
