Looking for someone to safeguard their status by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines; review and negotiate contracts, business processes and operations and help resolve any legal disputes with the related Group companies and provide legitimate advice to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 5-7 years of work experience as Commercial / Business Attorney in a reputed Law firm or the similar industry
• Complete understanding of UAE laws and regulations
