Legal Administrator – ReThink

Key Responsibilities

Handling the entire onboarding of new clients for the Private Clients department, comprising but not limited to:

  • prepare list of onboarding documents, per the Compliance Team’s requirements;
  • review of the onboarding documents to be provided by the Client from a compliance perspective;
  • liaise with the Client to request further documents or information on the onboarding documents;
  • liaise with the Compliance Team;
  • input data in CRM system;
  • obtaining the Compliance Team’s sign-off.

·      Provide administrative support with regards to CRM system (Viewpoint)

·      Prepare Letter of Engagements and Invoices to be sent to Clients

·      Support administration requirements for the Private Client team

·      Filing, organizing, scanning, copying and faxing documents

·    Any other tasks assigned by the Private Client team members.
