5.To manage the key service providers of distribution activity like Quote , Invoice ,COO,DGD, COA, HS-DA for BOE
6.To manage distribution performance to the agreed standards
7. To manage the fleet maintenance
8.Obtain and maintain civil defence approvals for all the fleet, preclearance ,FANR approval
9.Obtain and maintain RTA approvals for all the fleet
10.Maintain IVMS and review monthly
11.Manage and own Diesel fuel spend
12.Manage the movement of all products across the GCC and communication with customer
13.To respect and adhere to all the safety, Health and environment rules
14.To receive, validate and consolidate local orders for direct and indirect channel and communicate with customer as well internal customers
15.To plan loads, consolidate and route shipments
16.To deliver product
17.To manage local carriers and delivery modes
18.To manage local delivery business rules
19.Manager contractors and haulers
20.To manage delivery performance to the agreed standards (cost and quality)
21.Have a permanent contact with make supervisors to ensure a flawless operations
22.Managing and executing the stock withdraw transaction in Is LB Shell
23.Manage training for drivers with help of master driver
24.Accrual, booking invoice on time
