About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food & beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands
Job Role:
Ensures that all materials, utensils and areas in the kitchen are inspected and cleaned properly
according to standard
Monitors and reports necessary repairs, replacement or maintenance in any equipment and facility in
the kitchen
Coordinates kitchen maintenance related concerns with the management at all times
Ensures that the kitchen is well-stocked with all necessary cleaning and maintenance materials and
equipment
Adhering to all sanitation guidelines
Reporting any maintenance or hazard issues to the management
Cleaning and sanitizing dishes and related service ware, following established procedures
Must be able to maintain proper hygiene
