Key Account Executive – TASC Outsourcing

Our client is a fast-growing premium Japanese seafood distributor in the region. They are now looking for a Key Account Executive to join them.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Ideal candidate should have a wide range of network in agent category/distributor in HORECA.
  • Experienced in trading and distribution of B2B sales (HORECA market) in Premium Seafoods particularly in High Quality seafoods from Japan and Japanese culinary. Knowledge in Japanese product is a plus.
  • Focusing on enhancing the existing business & target new potential customers to develop the Business.
  • Provide impeccable customer service and attend to customer complaints and needs appropriately.
  • To prepare valuable analysis to provide focus on the growth of the business and identify the reasons for any de-growth in the business.
  • Comply with the targets and goals assigned by the company.
  • Responsible for taking order from customer and to ensure delivery by specified dates.
  • Follow up on payment status from assigned accounts.
