Trifecta Design, a Dubai-based studio that offers unique interior solutions for workplace, hospitality, and home environments, is looking to hire a creative and technical individual for the position of Interior and Furniture Designer.
The ideal candidate will be an Asian designer, preferably Filipino, experienced as a draftsman with AutoCAD.
Designer Responsibilities:
• Create technical and commercial furniture proposals considering supplier costs, logistics and installation.
• Prepare design presentation documents to showcase furniture proposals to the client in an effective manner.
• Create 3D modelling and detailed shop drawings of bespoke furniture and joinery items to an advanced standard.
• 3d Visualisation of furniture and/or interior design spaces.
• Create accurate 2D furniture layouts demonstrating effective space planning.
• Prepare material sample submission boards for approval by the client.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure shop drawings are followed accurately.
• Oversee production and ensure furniture items are manufactured according to shop drawings and within the agreed lead time.
• Ensure furniture items are successfully delivered, installed and handed over to the client.
