Your Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to employees and resolve technical issues
• Set up and maintain computers, laptops, software, and user accounts
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and update software and applications
• Manage user access, permissions, and company IT accounts
• Monitor and maintain office IT equipment and infrastructure
• Assist employees with technical questions and provide clear guidance
• Work with external IT providers and vendors when required
• Maintain basic IT documentation and keep track of equipment
• Help ensure the security and smooth operation of the company’s IT environment
