STATEMENT OF ROLE
Seasoned IT Recruitment Consultancy, generating, developing, and managing new customer relationships within a specified market – delivering first class customer experience, and generate profit.
Ambitious, highly motivated, new business sales consultant required with experience of contract placement (or both). You will have already built a presence within the IT resourcing industry and have a good knowledge of the recruitment sector (including industry trends and legislation etc.), and have a broad understanding of technology.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in recruitment and be expected to demonstrate successful experience of the following:
- Lead Generation
- Prospecting
- Conducting Client Meetings
- Negotiation /Establishing Terms of Business
- Qualifying New Requirements & Opportunities
- Recruiting (Search & Select)
- Candidate Interviews
- Referencing
- Achieving Placement Targets
- Accurate Systems Administration
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with CRM & ATS Systems
- Proven Sales Experience
- New Business Generation
- Numeracy
- Educated to degree standard (desirable)
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft (Word / Excel / PowerPoint etc.)
