IOT Developer – Fakhruddin Properties

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using <b>.NET Core, Java, and TypeScript.</b> Collaborate with embedded/IOT engineers to build APIs and interfaces for connected devices. Develop and integrate RESTful and/or MQTT-based APIs for IoT device communication. Manage data exchange between IoT devices and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS IoT, etc.). Implement front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.Research and implement solutions for real-time data processing and remote device management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of full stack development experience.Proficiency in:Back-end: .NET Core, Java (Spring Boot preferred)Front-end: TypeScript, Angular or ReactDatabases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDBExperience in IoT protocols like MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, etc. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, or Google Cloud IoT). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools is a plus. Ability to work with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
