Job Description
Installation Technician is responsible to install customized wardrobes/closets and kitchen, ensuring the high quality product and service.
Key Responsibilities
· Assembles, installs, and repairs the product in customers’ homes or offices using necessary tools.
· Ensures all products are installed efficiently, on-time, as per installation drawings, delivering a service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
· Cleans, repairs, and replaces safe and file drawers, locks, catches, and slides.
· Reports all accidents, damage and malfunctions involving company equipment to management.
· Follows blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to accurately determine job instructions and specifications.
· Determines if problems may exist in blueprint, take necessary action to solve problem to customer’s satisfaction.
· Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
· Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
