MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility 1: Data Center Operations and Maintenance Execution.
- Description: Perform data center O&M tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Execute on-site operational tasks based on work orders and business requirements.
- Responsibility 2: Server Fault Handling and Vendor-Coordinated Repairs.
- Description: Handle server faults within the IDC and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Perform maintenance on Alibaba-maintained servers.
- Responsibility 3: Network Equipment O&M and Basic Cabling Support.
- Description: Handle network equipment commissioning, routine network troubleshooting, and minor cabling tasks within the IDC.
- Manage the on-site deployment and repair of network equipment.
- Responsibility 4: IDC Routine Inspections and Anomaly Reporting.
- Description: Conduct routine inspections within the IDC and promptly report any issues to the IT Team Leader or IDC Service Operations Manager.
- Carry out routine IDC inspections.
