Job Role:
Junior Technicians
Know the basics of the refrigeration cycle.
Have experience with various refrigeration gas and their operating conditions
Know the basics of electricity and wiring practices
Know welding and brazing techniques
Know the functions of all tools required to perform the task
Able to install and service all Air Conditioning units
Senior Technicians
Able to manage and train teams of junior technicians
Can diagnose and rectify all repair issues of refrigeration machines
Aware of all safety procedures regarding the handling of dangerous tools and materials
Aware of all quality control measures to ensure the work is done one time correct
Coordinate with the Foreman to ensure the works are done on time and correctly
