Position Title: HVAC and Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

The hiring company is specialized in Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration services for industrial projects, residential complexes, all types of automobiles, computer rooms and special application.
Job Role:
Install, operate, maintain and repair HVAC equipment and systems independently (Chillers, Packaged Units, Ducted split, pumps, compressors, motors, etc.)
Operate all HVAC related measurement, testing and service related equipment
Select appropriate replacement parts and troubleshoot problems with A/C and Electro-Mechanical systems
Perform soldering, brazing, pipefitting and welding
Be well versed with all standard service procedures for HVAC systems
Make minor repairs in emergency cases to provide intermittent cooling
Accept emergency complaints from the coordinator and attend the issue on-site in coordination with the foreman
Work in a neat and tidy manner and clean up the site after completing his work
Speak politely with the customer and maintain a good working relationship with the company
Requirements:
Male, 55 years old and below
Diploma or any relevant certificates
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same role
Must be technically sound in all aspects of HVAC, refrigeration, MEP, and Electro-Mechanical works
Familiar with Operating sequence, components and troubleshooting of Carrier, York, Trane, etc. chiller units and the chiller water distribution systems as well as the air distribution systems
Excellent communication skills
