  • Updating E-promis system for newly joined labours and staff.
  • Responsible for the monthly renewal. (Labour contract and immigration) for all staff and labours. With coordination of PRO.
  • Leave Resumption of employees
  • Manage Sick Leave processing in the system
  • Bank Accounts (preparing all related documents required to open RATEB ACCOUNT)
  • Responsible for issuing salary certificates, NOC’s, HR related correspondence etc.
  • Contacting a candidate for a job opening
  • Prepare an offer letter to a shortlisted candidate to be signed by the Manager
  • Creates and maintains secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems
  • Follows up with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that reference checks, security paperwork and other new hire documentation is received by HR
  • Monitor and renew Visa and Labour contract of existing employees upon expiry
  • Record and monitor employee Visa, Labour card, cancellation related expenses
  • Execute work that adheres to quality, health, safety, and environmental considerations, as well as commitment and excellence.
