- Quick turnaround in hiring qualified staff when there is a position open
- Build a database of possible candidates in sales and marketing
- Develop assessment criteria to effectively identify qualified staff
- Ensure effective onboarding and exit formalities
Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Maintain successful motivated staff/team to achieve targets and objectives set.
- Ensure that proper KRA’s are set for all staff and are in line with the overall company mission and objectives (direct line reports only)
- Identify opportunities to train and develop staff to help achieve objectives
- Educate all employees about the Performance Management System
- Coordinate with the division head and line managers in reviewing and evaluating the KRAs of employees related to his/her specific role
- Implement Employee engagement initiatives in order to motivate employees, increase performance and improve retention.
Learning and Development
- Identifying opportunities to train and invest in staff – to develop the talent pool of the company in order to help meet its mission and vision
- Develop a training plan for support staff and sales & marketing staff; Manage the full training cycle: Training need analysis, syllabus design, vendors evaluation, training implementation, and post-training evaluation)
- Manage the approved L&D budget
Company Policies & Procedures
- Implementation of all policies and procedures
- Strict adherence to Company Policies and procedures (monthly/quarterly report submittal and management of internal meetings)
Other
- Developing and submitting HR reports that provide status on employee activities, and all HR initiatives
- Updating and maintaining an employee recognition system – where ALL employees are eligible and can motivate and incentivize staff
- Oversee the implementation of ISO management system
