HSE Assistant Manager – SUPER CEMENT MANUFACTURING COMPNAY LLC

  • Ensures OSHAD SF & IMS Requirements, the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the Company Occupational health & Safety Management system.
  • Reporting of Performance, Incident, Audit and Cost reports in Al adda Portal.
  • Liaison with external parties on all matters related to EHS.
  • Ensuring IMS / EHS programs are consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitors the effective implementation of Safety and Environment System procedures and provides for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company     Directives.
  • Takes lead in accident/incident investigation and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.
  • Carries out Internal audits.
  • Performs Risk Assessment.
  • Ensure Third Party inspections (e.g. Equipment, lifting accessories) and Trainings on time.
  • Carries out analysis of accident/incident statistics, identifying trends, and suggesting  improvement plans.
  • Carries out in-house safety training.

·        Ensuring Implementation of Engineering Control and Best Practices across plant.
