HR Recruiter – shadow team

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be finding, attracting, and hiring top talent across different departments. You should be proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator in both English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop recruitment strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS or recruitment software.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Improve the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Bayt, or similar hiring platforms.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to source passive candidates through networking and headhunting.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience hiring for media, sales, customer service, operations, or digital marketing roles.
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting through social media and professional networks.
