Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive HR Transformation strategy focused on enhancing employee experience, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and HR technology adoption.
- Championing innovative learning and development programs that address future skills needs and equip employees with the knowledge and skills to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Overseeing the design and implementation of effective talent management practices including talent acquisition, on boarding, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Facilitating organisational development initiatives to foster a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Leading the selection, implementation, and integration of HR technology solutions to automate processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance the employee experience.
- Managing and driving change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
- Providing expert guidance and support to HR colleagues and line managers on all aspects of HR transformation.
