- Handle employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment ensuring clear and effective communication regarding policies, companywide changes and or news.
- Oversee employee benefits, and compliance with labour laws.
- Assist in performance appraisals, talent management, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
