As the HR and Admin Manager you will be in charge of smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources activities, through professional Management and administration of personnel and training activities in accordance with the company’s objectives and adhering to the company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
[ supervision, direction and support of the HR team in order to increase knowledge and share best practice [ assist in driving the continuous improvement agenda with focus on attracting and retaining talent and building management HR capability
[ handle any employee relations matters seeking advice and ensuring all such matters are reported to the Human Resources Manager/Director
[ counsel colleagues on career prospects, job related issues, disciplinary procedures, performance management and ensuring all such matters are reported to the Human Resources Manager/Director
[ maintain awareness of legislative changes and that its impact is communicated to management [ assist in Learning & Development activities where required.
[Assist the General Manager on any other tasks that might be required for achieving company’s goals , for example communicating with clients and suppliers or any other administrative related task.

You will be required to find and attract talented candidates, and hire them especially in the field of IT and design.
