Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to provide reliable power solutions.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning systems, utilizing specialized tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance and comfort for clients.
3. Perform plumbing installations and repairs, including pipe fitting and fixture installations, to maintain efficient water systems in residential and commercial properties.
4. Construct and repair structures using wood, metal, and other materials, applying carpentry skills to meet design specifications and enhance property value.
5. Build and repair masonry structures, including walls and pavements, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal through quality craftsmanship.
6. Assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks, providing support and learning opportunities to develop foundational skills in the trades.
7. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity, utilizing a proactive approach to facility management.
