Job Description: 

 Lead the Secondary School’s daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with the school’s vision and strategic priorities.

 Oversee curriculum development, teaching practices, and assessment, ensuring a modern, engaging learning environment for students in Years 7-13.

 Provide professional learning opportunities, monitor staff performance, and foster team building and welfare.

 Manage student welfare, behaviour support, and community service initiatives, working closely with parents and relevant staff.

 Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote the school, engage with families, and enhance community relations.
