- Lead and train the host team, ensuring they understand their roles, provide excellent service, and uphold the restaurant’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.
- Work closely with the restaurant management, kitchen, and wait staff to ensure smooth service, communicate any special requests, and resolve any guest issues promptly.
