Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and drive the overall operations, sales, and growth of our real estate business. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Management:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

  • Monitor real estate market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.

  • Oversee marketing and sales initiatives to increase property sales and leasing.
  • Ensure competitive pricing and effective sales strategies.

Financial & Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage the company’s financial budgets and forecasts.

  • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and business partners.

Team Leadership & Development:
