We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our Readymix operations in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Readymix sector.
– Oversee all aspects of the Readymix operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and customer service.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
– Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to achieve operational excellence.
– Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control costs to optimize profitability.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors and regulatory authorities.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
