Our client is a leading multinational Forex Trading Company headquartered in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Spanish Speaking Forex Account Manager with a background in banking, or Forex within the fintech industry who will manage the Latin America.
As an account manager, you will manage Spanish-speaking key accounts. It’s a must that successful applicant speak Spanish fluently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Exceeding personal KPI targets.
• Expanding and retaining your customer portfolio by offering personalized support and addressing their unique needs.
• Cultivating professional and trustworthy relationships with your active client portfolio, ensuring they remain informed about our latest developments to receive the highest level of service.
• Researching potential prospects and gathering information to assess customer potential.
• Facilitating efficient sales activities using available tools, reports, action items, and business insights.
• Listening to customers and providing optimal solutions to their needs and concerns.
• Collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and complaints.
• Offering feedback to relevant departments regarding customer needs, expectations, and concerns.
• Continuously enhancing your knowledge of financial markets and the company’s offerings.
• Updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Demonstrating behaviors aligned with our core values, both inside and outside the office.
• Adhering to all compliance and security requirements.
• Fulfilling any additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements• Native proficiency in Spanish is a MUST and fluency in English; additional languages are considered advantageous.
• Previous experience in a sales environment, preferably within the forex industry.
• Experience in selling to clients based in Latin America.
• University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in computer skills, with a strong understanding of MS Office and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to network with stakeholders effectively, manage multiple tasks, and track and report progress.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and the ability to multitask.
• Proactive, displaying initiative and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
• A positive and energetic team player.
