Who you are

You possess a blend of fundraising expertise and financial acumen, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage relationships with donors and stakeholders while ensuring optimal performance of our asset portfolio. 

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; 
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); 
  • High ethical standards and integrity in decision-making;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail;
  • Strong knowledge of investment principles, asset allocation, and financial analysis;
  • Self-driven and results-oriented;
  • Proficient in fundraising software, financial management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Education & Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in fundraising, asset management, or related fields, preferably in a nonprofit or investment setting;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading fundraising initiatives, securing major gifts, and managing grant proposals;
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management or fundraising;
  • Extensive investor network; 
  • Work experience in warehouse leasing is a plus.
