Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team.
2. Ensure exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
3. Train and mentor front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
4. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to labor regulations.
5. Address and resolve guest complaints and issues, escalating matters when necessary.
6. Handle payment processing, including cash, credit card transactions, and invoices, while maintaining accurate financial records.
7. Assist with administrative duties.
8. Guarantee that the Branch achieves its Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
Working Conditions:
– Front Desk Supervisors typically work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
