Job Description:
- Manage and supervise the waitstaff on the restaurant floor, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all guests are greeted promptly and seated in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the hostess team to manage table availability, including managing reservations and walk-ins.
- Train the waitstaff on how to handle guest inquiries and requests, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
- Ensure that all waitstaff are properly trained on menu items and specials
