Fit out Construction Manager – CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C

We are looking for Fit out Construction Manager with 7+ years of experience in luxury residential or high-end developments in the UAE, specifically managing fit-out works such as ceilings, partitions, joinery, finishes, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants. They should also be familiar with local authority approvals and high-standard project execution.UAE only

– Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out works in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and timelines.

– Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely decision-making.

– Review and monitor project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation to ensure progress aligns with the approved project timeline.

– Supervise site activities and ensure that all fit-out works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

– Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper coordination, productivity, and adherence to contract requirements.

Ensure Compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

– Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures to optimize resource utilization.

– Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays and operational issues.

Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders to resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.

– Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover procedures in accordance with project requirements.
