Financial Accountant – NOVACONTINENTAL TRADING LLC SPC

1. Responsible for the company’s full set of accounting operations, including reviewing various expense documents and source documents, completing daily voucher entry, account registration, and month-end closing, to ensure that accounting treatment is authentic, accurate, and compliant with local accounting standards.
2. Oversee the management of the company’s current accounts, regularly reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable, organize current account ledgers, follow up on payment settlements and reconciliation, promptly clear outstanding accounts, mitigate risks associated with corporate current accounts, and ensure that fund transactions are clear and traceable.
3. Responsible for liaising with local banks, handling procedures for opening and closing bank accounts, regularly reconciling bank statements, completing bank reconciliations, organizing bank documentation, and standardizing the control of various corporate bank instruments.
4. Responsible for local tax-related work, including tax registration, timely filing and declaration of value-added tax (VAT) and other local taxes, tax payment verification, and cooperating with inspections by local tax authorities to ensure zero violations and zero overdue tax filings.
5. Independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as various operational statistical reports; accurately calculate costs, expenses, profits, and revenue/expenditure data to provide authentic and complete financial data support for corporate management.
6. Responsible for the inventory taking of various corporate assets and materials, regularly organizing inventory counts of office assets, fixed assets, product inventory, etc., to ensure asset safety and consistency between physical counts and accounting records.
7. Responsible for the standardized management of corporate financial archives, uniformly organizing, filing, and storing financial vouchers, statements, tax materials, and audit documents to establish a complete financial archive system and ensure compliant retention of documentation.
8. Cooperate in completing the financial accounting and filing related to employee compensation, social insurance, and benefits, strictly implementing local labor compliance policies.
9. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leadership.
