Job Description:
- Operate and manage the entire production process of the chemical plant, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate with technical and supervisory staff to oversee plant workers and equipment operations.
- Conduct regular rounds to identify physical abnormalities or leaks and monitor chemical feedings (e.g., Limestone and HCl) in coordination with DCS Operators.
- Oversee the operation of filters, clarifiers, and equipment conditions while ensuring timely preparation of chemical reagents.
- Monitor product quality and specifications, maintain accurate logs, and record lab results for compliance.
