Description
The Key responsibilities for the Executive Assistant role include but are not limited to the following:
Manage calendars: plan and schedule travel appointments and visas for the Branch Manager and Senior Bankers.Involved in handling ad-hoc project work, analysis & reports for internal and external stakeholders (such as audit, etc.)Liaise closely with global office support staff to schedule and arrange meetings and/ or conferences, oversee execution of policy and proceduresConfirm that HR processes, universal programs and business essentials are in affiliationContribute in administrative responsibilities of the Branch supporting the Chief Administration Officer Management of the Branch; in terms of time and physical security
Profile
The ideal candidate for the role will be :
Fluent in English, Arabic language skills will be a plus.Preferably western educated candidateADGM experience will be an added benefit.Excellent project management skills: accurate delivery of all programsKnowledge of MS Office suite (MS Excel and power point)Digital and communication skillsTeam player, detailed-oriented and adaptableSwitched on personality, with a positive can-do attitude.
