REPORTING TO : General Manager
ROLES & RESPONISIBILITY:
Ø Handling queries, mails & faxes as required by QMS procedures and distributing the same to concerned departments
Ø Ensuring to collect tender documents / official documents as required by the GM.
Ø Preparing documents as required by the GM.
Ø Answering telephones
Ø Coordination with other departments as required.
Ø Handling correspondence of GM.
Ø Secretarial & Front office work and data entry such as telephone index, incoming documents registration.
Ø Co-ordination of progress meetings, minutes preparation & follow up.
Ø Filing, Maintaining relevant files and documentation as per QMS requirements
Ø Organize meetings, presentations, exhibitions and travel arrangements.
Ø Participate QMS awareness and implementations
Ø Any other assignment as given by GM.
