executive assistant – Awakening Seminars and Conferences Organizing

We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to support our team, please note that we will be providing adequate training and guidance.

The person will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as:

  • Respond promptly to managers’ queries.
  • Following up & entering registrations related to our workshops and events.
  • Replying promptly to daily email requests.
  • Helping prepare for workshops/events/ videos and photo shoots ( prep & setup & during).
  • Help with registrations/payment collection & entries during the workshop/event.
  • Hands-on help during videos and photo shoot days.
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks & liaising with the accountant.
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database, keeping track of inventory.
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
  • Organizing travel and accommodation.
  • Update social media.
  • Update website.
  • Create certificates for all workshop attendees.
  • Liaise with print house on manuals and seminar required materials.
  • Create news letters.
