Job Description:
- Responsible for cost planning, detailed breakdown quotations, supplier coordination, and approvals across exhibition projects (small to large-scale stands).
- Develop and manage project cost sheets (materials, labor, logistics, subcontractors).
- Source, evaluate, and maintain approved supplier and contractor lists. Coordinate approvals with suppliers, contractors, and exhibition site teams.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
