Role:

1. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine costs, ensuring all aspects are meticulously evaluated for accurate estimations.
2. Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for interior fit-out projects, utilizing industry-standard software to enhance efficiency and precision.
3. Obtain and review supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost efficiency, maintaining a strong focus on quality and project requirements.
4. Identify potential risks associated with projects and propose value engineering solutions that can enhance cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
5. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to clarify project requirements, fostering strong communication and collaboration throughout the estimation process.
6. Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets, actively monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
7. Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and project documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and facilitate future reference.
8. Participate in post-project evaluations to analyze the accuracy of estimates versus actual costs, providing insights for continuous improvement in estimating processes.
9. Contribute to the development of estimating best practices and methodologies, helping to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the team.
