- Responsible for meeting programme goals for job placements and job sustainments.
- Leveraging deep knowledge of employment services and performance management to coach, develop and retain high-performing employment Coaches.
- Assigning weekly and monthly goals to individual Employment Consultant staff, collecting daily metrics, and working with teams to achieve weekly goals while balancing the need for performance with the need of effecting quality job matches for individual job seekers.
- Lead with integrity and instil a sense of purpose and mission that our work not only meets programme performance requirements but also changes lives.
- Collaborate with Employer Engagement and Training Managers to ensure coordinated service delivery across the business.
- Assume full responsibility as the first person responsible for compliant and quality service delivery within our Quality Assurance Plan.
- Engage with the Quality Assurance Manager to support performance improvements as well as actively participate in discussions around continuous process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with our government client and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
