Overview of the role:
To drive light duty trucks or light vehicles which have a requirement of a code 3 UAE driving license to various locations throughout the UAE; check loading and unloading of vehicle where required with Proof of delivery being obtained.
What you wil do:
- Maintain economical fuel consumption through good driving practices and ensure vehicles are filled with a full tank at the end of each shift.
- Inspect Truck and trailer before and after trips and submit trip sheets
- Submit all relevant items listed in the driver SOP accurately and on time; including Trip Sheets, Fuel Receipts, signed DOs, Police Reports and Defect Sheets.
- Maintain a 100% damage-free record. Report all accident or incidents involving company equipment to Planning Team. Accurately maintain driver log book in accordance with company requirements.
