Director of Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff to the CEO – The Blockchain Center Abu Dhabi

We’re hiring a Director of Strategy and Operations & Chief of Staff to the CEO, a trusted operator who can execute, represent, and scale leadership capacity. This person will act as the CEO’s understudy – someone who can engage confidently in Arabic, lead initiatives independently, and serve as a front-line representative of the company in high-level settings.
What You’ll Do
- Be the right hand to the CEO, keeping priorities, communication, and execution perfectly aligned
- Represent the CEO in meetings and public-facing initiatives when required, maintaining clarity, discretion, and strategic alignment
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning R&D, innovation, partnerships, policy, marketing, events and ecosystem engagement
- Drive execution on company priorities, translating strategy into actionable next steps across the team
- Manage key relationships with government partners, investors, and international technology stakeholders
- Build lightweight systems that improve alignment and operational flow without introducing bureaucracy
